• 1.What international protection standards do your cases meet?

  Our protective boxes meet IP67 waterproof‑dustproof standard and IK08 impact‑resistance standard. Relevant test documents can be provided for your reference.

• 2.Can the interior foam be customized for specialized equipment?

  We support full‑custom EVA interior foam for your specialized equipment.We can provide CNC‑cut pre‑cut foam, pick‑and‑pluck foam and layered foam inserts. You only need to supply us with your equipment dimensions, photos or 3D drawings, and we will tailor‑make the foam cutouts to perfectly fit your devices. Both single‑order and bulk‑order customizations are available.

  Flexible production solutions for both individual and enterprise needs.

• 1.How are shipping time and costs calculated?

  Shipping options vary based on customer preference:

  • Air shipping: 8-10 business days

  • Sea shipping: 20-40 business days

  Fees depend on destination and package weight.

• 2.What payment methods do you accept?

  Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Amex), wire transfers.
  
  For bulk orders, we offer flexible payment terms:

  • 30% deposit required to confirm the order.

  • 70% balance payment before shipment.
    

3.Can I modify my order after confirmation?

Configurations can be revised within 24 hours of placement. Contact postmaster@softrockcase.com with your PO number.

• 1.Can you create custom product molds for clients?

  As a mold manufacturer, we typically don't offer custom mold development for individual client projects due to production efficiency considerations.

• 2.Do you offer color customization?

  Yes! For orders under 300 units, color customization is available with a surcharge (varies by product model). Orders of 300+ units receive free color customization.

• 3.Can you customize interior foam configurations?

  Absolutely. We provide two precision methods:

  • Die-cutting (standard)

  • CNC machining (special request)

• 4.What's the lead time for custom projects?

  • 1-3 weeks for die-cut foam solutions.

  • Typically 3 weeks for full production readiness
